Under that, you pay the delivery to the courier on delivery, at the courier's price.
How you pay Cash on delivery
In cash, to the courier, when you take the parcel. You get a fiscal receipt with every purchase.

Step by step

You orderLeave your phone number. It is required, so that the courier can call you.
We shipWe pack the parcel and hand it to Post Express. If we are late, we tell you at once.
The courier brings itCheck the parcel at once, in front of the courier. If it is damaged, report it to the courier and tell us.
You payThe amount in the order confirmation, in cash to the courier. You pay the delivery only if the order is under 4.990 RSD.

Can I exchange the size?

Yes, within 14 days, if the item is unworn, unwashed and has its tags. Write or call us before you send it.

Can I withdraw from the purchase?

Yes, within 14 days of the day the parcel arrives, with no reason. Send the withdrawal statement by email (the form is at the end of the Refund policy), then return the goods within 14 days of the statement.

Who pays the postage when I return goods?

You pay the return postage.

How do I get my money back?

You paid cash on delivery, so we refund to your bank account. Write the account number in the statement. We refund within 14 days of the statement, and we may wait until the goods reach us.

What if the parcel arrives damaged?
