Shipping policy

Effective from 5 October 2026.

1. Introduction

These Shipping Terms (hereinafter: the "Shipping Terms") set out in more detail the process of delivery of products purchased in the online store shop.whitecitysoul.rs (hereinafter: the "Online Store"). The Shipping Terms form an integral part of our Terms of Use and Refund Policy.

The Seller is Pavle Zindović PR izvođačka umetnost White City Soul Beograd, with its registered office at Mišarska 7, 11118 Beograd (Vračar), Serbia, company registration number 68256739, tax identification number (PIB) 115299485, telephone +381 63 1057021, email whitecitysoul@gmail.com.

2. Delivery area and collection of goods

We deliver exclusively to addresses within the territory of the Republic of Serbia. We do not send orders abroad.

Personal collection of orders is currently not possible.

Delivery is carried out by a courier service, which is referred to in this document as the "Carrier".

3. Delivery time

The Seller undertakes to deliver the ordered goods without undue delay, and no later than 30 days from the date of conclusion of the sales contract, unless otherwise agreed (Article 48(1) of the Consumer Protection Act (ZZP)). The usual delivery time by courier service is 1-2 working days from the date the parcel is sent. Please note that this is the Carrier's estimated delivery time and that the Seller cannot guarantee an exact delivery date, as it depends on the Carrier's operations. If, for objective reasons, we are unable to deliver the ordered goods within the stated time, we will notify you of this immediately. If there is a delay in delivery, the Buyer has the right to set the Seller an additional, reasonable period for delivery. If the Seller does not deliver the goods within that additional period either, the Buyer has the right to terminate the contract and request a refund, in accordance with Article 49 of the ZZP.

The Seller is obliged to state the delivery time of the goods legibly and clearly on the invoice or other document relating to the contract (Article 48(4) of the ZZP).

4. Delivery price

Delivery costs are borne by the Buyer. The delivery price is not included in the total amount of the order and is charged separately from the price of the products. You pay for delivery directly to the Carrier (courier) when collecting the parcel, according to the courier service's price list. The Seller will clearly inform you of the fact that the delivery price is not included in the price of the products and that the Carrier charges it separately.

The Seller may not charge any form of additional costs, including transport and delivery costs, if it has not obtained the Buyer's express consent to those costs (Article 13 of the ZZP).

5. Payment for the order

The only method of payment for orders in the Online Store is cash on delivery. This means that the Buyer pays in cash to the Carrier (courier) when collecting the parcel. The total amount for the products is the one stated in the order confirmation, while the delivery price is paid directly to the Carrier according to its price list.

For every purchase, the Buyer receives a fiscal receipt, which serves as proof of purchase.

6. Risk of accidental loss of or damage to the goods (Transfer of risk)

The risk of accidental loss of or damage to the goods is borne by the Seller until the moment the goods are handed over to the Buyer or to a third party designated by the Buyer, other than the Carrier (Article 52(1) of the ZZP). Once the goods have been handed over to the Buyer or to a third party designated by the Buyer (other than the Carrier), the risk of accidental loss of or damage to the goods is borne by the Buyer (Article 52(2) of the ZZP).

7. Handling of a damaged parcel

The Buyer is obliged to inspect the parcel immediately upon collection from the Carrier (courier). If you notice any damage to the packaging or to the goods themselves that may indicate that the goods were damaged during transport, you must report it to the courier immediately. In such cases, please draw up a damage report together with the courier.

After reporting to the Carrier, please notify us of the damage without delay by email at whitecitysoul@gmail.com or by telephone at +381 63 1057021, so that we can initiate the complaint resolution procedure.

If the goods were damaged before the risk passed to the Buyer (i.e. before handover), the Seller is liable for such non-conformity of the goods with the contract (Article 53 of the ZZP).

8. Refusal to accept the parcel

If the Buyer, without a justified reason, refuses to accept the parcel or prevents delivery by their conduct, the risk of accidental loss of or damage to the goods passes to the Buyer upon expiry of the delivery period, or within 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract if no delivery period has been agreed (Article 52(4) of the ZZP).

The Seller reserves the right to charge the Buyer the delivery costs and the costs of returning the parcel (which the Seller in this case had to pay to the Carrier) if the Buyer, without legal grounds, refuses to accept a duly sent parcel.

This right of the Seller does not limit the Buyer's right of withdrawal from the contract in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, which is described in detail in our Refund Policy. In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Buyer bears only the direct costs of returning the goods (Article 36(3) of the ZZP).
